Knight Point Systems (KPS) was founded in 2005 by a Service-Disabled Veteran and West Point graduate who is the son of a career Army officer.   KPS’ military roots run deep and have led to a culture of embracing and giving back to those who serve.  KPS is constantly making contact with veterans through our philanthropy program providing support to organizations such as the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team, The Johnny Mac Soldier Fund, and Fisher House.

All branches of the military are represented at KPS and many of our managers are retired officers and non-commissioned officers.  KPS is well aware of the dependability, determination, leadership, and discipline that veteran hires bring to an organization.  KPS actively recruits veterans through our relationships with state workforce agencies, by attending military job fairs throughout the year, and by partnering with organizations like the Washington Redskins and the West Point Society of DC.

KPS is a sponsor of the Redskins Salute program that serves and supports those who have courageously fought for our freedom, and an opportunity to thank our military for their continued selfless efforts to serve our country.  We have a display in the We Salute Tailgate at every home game at FedEx Field and KPS representatives are there to meet the veterans, tell them about KPS, make them aware of career opportunities; and most importantly thank them for their service.
