This benefit is offered through Cigna. Employees may elect benefit coverage ranging from $10,000 to $500,000 in increments of $10,000.

KPS provides basic life insurance coverage through Cigna.

Short Term

KPS provides each employee with Short Term Disability coverage through Cigna.

Long Term

KPS provides each employee with Long Term Disability coverage through Cigna.

401K

In order to qualify for this benefit, an employee must be employed for three full months. KPS offers a generous match program.
