This standard promotes the adoption of an integrated process approach to effectively deliver managed services to meet the business and customer requirements. In 2013, KPS successfully re-certified to the ISO 20000:2011 standard based on an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v3 framework and is regularly audited for compliance.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 provides requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). An ISMS is a systematic approach to managing sensitive information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process. Since 2014, KPS has successfully certified to the ISO 27001 standard.

This framework spans five functional areas: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement. This allows for feedback throughout all areas of the service lifecycle. KPS has been ISO 20000 certified under an ITIL framework since 2010. In addition, all KPS employees are expected to be ITIL-certified within 90 days of hire.
