To be a great company, you need to hire great people! Knight Point is always searching for exceptional talent. We firmly believe our success is a direct result of the people we hire. We love to hire leaders, over-achievers, and people who are self-driven.
Together with our employees, we are all about making a difference.
Knight Point Systems (KPS) was founded in 2005 by a Service-Disabled Veteran and West Point graduate who is the son of a career Army officer. KPS’ military roots run deep and have led to a culture of embracing and giving back to those who serve. KPS is constantly making contact with veterans through our philanthropy program providing support to organizations such as the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team, The Johnny Mac Soldier Fund, and Fisher House.
All branches of the military are represented at KPS and many of our managers are retired officers and non-commissioned officers. KPS is well aware of the dependability, determination, leadership, and discipline that veteran hires bring to an organization. KPS actively recruits veterans through our relationships with state workforce agencies, by attending military job fairs throughout the year, and by partnering with organizations like the Washington Redskins and the West Point Society of DC.
KPS is a sponsor of the Redskins Salute program that serves and supports those who have courageously fought for our freedom, and an opportunity to thank our military for their continued selfless efforts to serve our country. We have a display in the We Salute Tailgate at every home game at FedEx Field and KPS representatives are there to meet the veterans, tell them about KPS, make them aware of career opportunities; and most importantly thank them for their service.
Veteran Employee Quote:
“KPS is an ideal environment for military personnel embarking on their next mission – civilian life. We deeply respect the trials and sacrifices of military service and believe these experiences make veterans uniquely qualified to help us provide excellent support to our customers.”
“As a veteran of serving in the armed forces, as well as the Knight Point System’s family, I hold the company at great value in understanding their perspective on all philanthropic activities to include those specifically involving our nation’s veterans. The largest aspect of military life I missed upon initially leaving the service was the fraternal sense of belonging. Knight Point’s dedication to its employees in maintaining that family “feel” is unwavering, resembling that same “belonging” that service members enjoy. Their philanthropic view is not just lip service or a slogan, it is real and pervasive throughout the company. I have been privy to it first hand by attending many of the events KPS has sponsored to support veteran affairs, initiatives, and on-going support. Additionally, as a hiring manager, I have noticed the executive management team’s emphasis on supporting veterans transitioning to the public sector with opportunities within our company where feasible. At an employee level, for me at least, experiencing their dedication to such an important aspect of social responsibility and ethical convictions has created an unmatched level of appreciation for the company’s overall vision and direction of progress. Makes me proud and reassured that I’ve made the correct choice in my decisions to give all I can to remain a member of this organization.”
